These guards are youth-sized and fit snugly by design, and the openings have limited stretch — so choosing the right size matters.
- Measure first. With a soft tape, measure the child’s forearm circumference at its widest point, and the length from wrist to elbow.
- Between sizes? Size up. A guard that slips on easily works far better than one that’s too tight to put on.

Sizing is horrible . Measures meant are correct but the lining at the beginning and end do not stretch so you can not put on the child’s arms . Not usable so can’t give an accurate rating of what the product is meant for.
