These Terms & Conditions are provided as a general statement of the terms that apply to purchases from BAC Tactical. Last updated June 2026.

1. About us

This website (bac-tactical.com) is operated by Body Armour Canada Ltd. (“BAC Tactical”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and descriptions

Our products are protective garments and equipment. Cut, bite, slash and puncture-resistance ratings (including ANSI/ISEA 105 and EN ISO 13997 levels) reflect independent laboratory testing of the materials under controlled conditions. No protective product eliminates all risk of injury. Ratings indicate relative resistance, not a guarantee of protection in every situation. Products must be selected, worn and maintained appropriately for the intended use. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Government agencies and qualifying institutions may purchase on approved purchase-order terms.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States, Australia and New Zealand on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis, with applicable duties and taxes included in the price shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. See our international shipping information for details.

5. Returns and warranty

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Product warranty is provided under our Limited Warranty. Please review both before purchasing.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Cut-Tuff® Core brand, product designs, text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Body Armour Canada Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Armour Canada Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or this website. Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
