Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no surprises at the door. We pay all import duties, tariffs, and GST before your order ships. UPS clears customs on our account. You will never be asked to pay a courier collection fee, a customs charge, or GST on delivery — it is all included in the price you saw at checkout.

Protection standards

Every Cut-Tuff® Core garment is independently lab-tested by Groupe CTT Inc. in Quebec, Canada to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 Level A6 and EN ISO 13997 Level F — the highest cut-resistance grades under both the North American and international test methods. Test reports are available to institutional buyers on request.

Questions

Will I have to pay anything when my order is delivered?
No. We ship delivered duty paid (DDP), which means all import duties, tariffs, and GST are already included in your checkout price and paid by us before dispatch. UPS will not collect any fees on delivery.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). When you pay, your bank or card issuer converts the amount to your local currency (AUD or NZD) automatically at their exchange rate.
How long will my order take to arrive in Australia or New Zealand?
Typically 5–10 business days to Australia and 6–10 business days to New Zealand from dispatch, shipped via UPS from our Canadian facility.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $300 USD ship free to the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, except for purchase orders. Orders under $300 ship at a flat $39 USD, duties and GST included. Shipping on a purchase order is quoted per order and shown on your quotation.
Can I return an item from Australia or New Zealand?
Yes. Our standard 30-day return policy applies. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are issued in USD once we receive the item.
